The University of South Carolina's School of Medicine Greenville is accepting applications to fill the new and exciting role of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Pathway Coordinator .
Under the leadership of the Assistant Dean for Admissions, with direct supervision from the Manager of Admissions, the Admissions Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Pathway Coordinator supports the School of Medicine Greenville's DEI pathway programs which are focused on recruiting, supporting, and engaging students who meet diversity dimensions* followed by the UofSC SOMG. The Admissions DEI Pathway Coordinator is responsible for the programmatic life-cycle of DEI pathway programs from researching and implementing new programs all the way to tracking career progress/development of participants in DEI pathways programs who enter a career in health care career and/or healthcare training.
Masters degree in Student Services or related field, or bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience.
