There are two vacancies for this recruitment.
Position #1 SCC837 is not grant funded and is located at NOCE-Anaheim Campus.
Position #2 SCC838 is partially grant funded and is located at NOCE-Wilshire Center.
This position is responsible for performing a variety of complex technical duties in a specialized area of Student Services such as registration, record maintenance, EOPS, adult education, disabled student services, student placement, and counseling services.
Two (2) years of college-level course work
Minimum two (2) years increasingly responsible training or experience in student services

The applicant must be able to demonstrate how their experience with these factors relates to successfully achieving the goals of the position.
Prior experience in approaching work and interactions with colleagues and/or students in an equity minded manner. Ability to provide an inclusive and welcoming work/educational environment.
Experience assisting and promoting the growth and success of a diverse population of students and employees through the development of interculturally competent and equity minded practices or initiatives.
Knowledge and competency in working with students who have disabilities with an emphasis on students who have ASD, ADD/ADHD, Mental Health Disabilities and Intellectual Disabilities.
Experience working with individuals in 1:1 and group settings.
Experience with tracking data, maintaining databases, and managing student information.
Experience working effectively with faculty and staff; and collaborating with community partners.
