The UT Martin College of Business and Global Affairs seeks a MBA Program and Student Services Coordinator who will, under the direction of the Dean, be responsible for the administrative activities of the MBA program, recruitment, scheduling, processing the MBA curriculum changes, serving on the Graduate Committee, attending Graduate Council meeting, supervising Graduate Assistant, managing students' services including advising and guiding prospective students through application processes.
Duties include: * Develop recruitment plans and work with University Relations to generate new marketing ideas and promote the MBA program through printed and electronic media to increase enrollment, * Supervise the MBA graduate assistant(s) * Respond to inquiries for the MBA program in a timely manner, * Review applications and admit qualified students, * Develop and deliver an orientation program for all new students, * Provide academic advising to current and prospective MBA students, * Remove holds each term for eligible students, * Ensure graduation paperwork is completed on time for students eligible to graduate, * Serve as ex-officio on the CBGA Graduate Committee, * Represent the CBGA graduate faculty on the UTM Graduate Council, * Work with Graduate Committee on MBA curriculum changes and program adjustments, * Process curriculum changes and program adjustments through CBGA and UTM System, and * Work with the CBGA Department Chairs on MBA class scheduling
