What You'll Do:
You will work remotely, ideally from central or western US. You will be required to travel up to 25% within the US (post-COVID). You will acquire new Atrium clients leveraging incoming leads, partner leads, cold-calling and participating in RFI/RFP processes. For assigned existing Atrium clients, you will retain clients through on-time renewals, grow revenue through upselling of new products, ensure client delight through regular health checks and strengthen overall relationships with key decision-makers. This role will evolve with the growth of the Company.
Account Executive Responsibilities
Acquiring new clients through skilled communication and presentation of the value of Atrium Campus' products
Account planning - take strategic approach to assigned client portfolio, and author plan for retaining and growing most important client relationships each year. Plan should include clear revenue and relationship goals, and also lay out tasks and people required to achieve those goals.
RFI/RFP’s - take lead in responding to RFI/RFP’s leveraging Atrium’s existing in-house processes and templates.
Partners – Collaborate with assigned partners to strengthen relationships and develop joint sales opportunities.
Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) - Conduct quarterly meetings with strategic clients to ensure satisfaction and strengthen personal relationships. Document Voice of the Customer and communicate to internal team, demonstrate value being provided, identify upsell opportunities.
Add-On Selling - drive and process orders for Atrium and third-party add-ons.

Location: Central or Western United States
3+ years’ experience in software-as-a-service sales
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and client service skills
Ability to effectively engage with multiple clients with multiple deliverables
Effective time management, documentation and organizational skills
Preferably, experience in higher education campus card (aka One Card) business(es), including a comprehensive understanding of dining and retail operations, meal plans and declining balance accounts, attendance tracking and physical access control
