The Director will be responsible for the overall planning, development, implementation, management, and evaluation of the Opportunity Scholars Program. Support functions include: supervision of supplemental classes and tutoring, academic advisement, monitor academic progress of students, and coordinate with financial aid staff to ensure program participants receive adequate financial support. Develop policies and procedures. Hire, train, and evaluate staff. This position is established in support of expanded research activities or projects.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Master's degree in Student Personnel Services or related field and 5 years related experience, or bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience.
