The major emphasis shall be on good teaching by working with students in classrooms, laboratories, individual conferences, and related activities-to help the student develop their interests and abilities to their fullest capacity to become a better person, a better worker, and a better citizen. The candidate should have knowledge of major concepts, theories and subject matter in Administrative of Justice.Â Â The candidate should have the skill to teach courses in Administration of Justice as well as excellent interpersonal, analytical, and oral/written communication skills.Â Â The candidate should have the ability to relate basic principles of ADJ to students and use instructional technology.Â Â Master's degree in Criminal Justice or related field.
