ASSISTANT DEAN FOR DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION (DEI), Schwarzman College of Computing (SCC) , to serve in an inaugural DEI leadership position at MIT. Will work collaboratively with senior administration, advising, developing, coordinating, and implementing programs and activities to help increase the diversity and inclusivity among students and faculty in the computing fields. Responsibilities include driving and coordinating programs/activities to ensure SCC's diversity and inclusivity programs are aligned with MIT's initiatives/strategic plans; acting as a spokesperson and visible advocate for the promotion of diversity, inclusivity, and a belonging environment and promoting these values across SCC; and serving as a strategic thinker and thoughtful advisor/advocate.
