Position Summary: International Programs & Services. The Administrative Coordinator provides guidance and support to the international student population coordinating with units across campus to facilitate knowledge about international student needs.
Assists in the resolution of individual academic, cultural, or visa compliance issues for current students.
Responds to prospective and admitted student inquiries.
Analyzes academic and financial documentation.
Issues immigration documentation and serves as campus DSO.
Coordinates new student arrival and orientation sessions.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Effective communication (verbal and written), organization and human relations skills; ability to work well in a diverse environment; proficiency with computer and Microsoft Office Applications software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident; successful completion of background investigation prior to employment.
Preferred Experience:: Three or more years of related work experience advising international students on cultural issues and immigration regulations.
