Applicants to this position MUST simultaneously apply to a Wheaton College Graduate School program. This position will be filled by an individual entering the Wheaton College Graduate School in Fall 2018.
Under the supervision of the Residence Director, the GRA participates in the administration of a residence hall, and in the service to the personal, physical, and spiritual needs of students. Because of the nature of the Graduate Resident Adviser’s (GRA) duties, this position provides excellent preparation for vocational ministry and complements the graduate student’s coursework and other aspects of his or her educational program. Living in a residence hall requires someone who can balance structure and flexibility, which means at times there are aspects of this job that require some evening commitments as students stay up late. Graduate Assistants must be enrolled in at least 8 hours, but not more than 10 hours each semester.
