The Career Education Coordinator is a new role in the innovative Colorado State University Career Center that delivers career education to CSU students in in-person and online formats. This role will serve students 1:1, develop creative technology-based solutions to help serve the large student population and develop and execute specialized career education initiatives for diverse student populations.

Master’s degree in higher education administration, education, counseling, liberal arts, or related field; OR a Bachelor’s degree AND a minimum of three years of direct, full-time experience providing career education to students in a higher education career services environment.
Direct experience coaching students on wide variety of career development topics in a full-time professional position, or a minimum 20-hour per week, 2 year graduate assistantship.
Personal and professional commitment to diversity as demonstrated by involvement in teaching, research, creative activity, service to the profession and/or diversity/inclusion initiatives.
